Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Lead Graphic Designer / Illustrator to drive the visual creative direction and scaling systems for our global marketing and user acquisition (UA) channels. In this strategic leadership track, you will translate raw gameplay features, competitive market research, and audience engagement telemetry into high-impact performance creative assets. You will lead the design squad by example—executing high-fidelity visual assets while actively designing brand-aligned frameworks for generative AI integration to maximize team layout production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Creative Leadership: Own the end-to-end ideation and creation of scalable visual assets across digital store presences, user acquisition ads, and targeted social media campaigns.
• Data-Driven Creative Iteration: Analyze live campaign testing data and conversion metrics to optimize asset layouts, proactively generating asset variations to improve public CTR response scales.
• AI Pipeline Orchestration: Integrate generative AI tools directly into daily design sprints, establishing corporate best practices for efficient, responsible, and brand-consistent asset generation.
• Design Systems Development: Translate abstract product briefs and gameplay loops into scalable design libraries, maintaining clear visual consistency across multi-channel creative rollouts.
• Team Mentorship & Feedback: Deliver structured, actionable feedback to internal graphic designers and external agency partners, fostering a culture of cross-functional ownership and craft excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely alongside creative strategists, media producers, and marketing managers to align visual aesthetics with broader corporate commercial objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional history delivering graphic design, marketing art, or performance creative layouts, showcasing distinct leadership or creative ownership tracks.
• An elite design portfolio demonstrating high-performing digital marketing assets, store interfaces, and layout concepts under rigid execution metrics.
• Deep foundational command over design primitives, including typography, alignment rules, color theory, and cross-platform formatting rules.
• Hands-on operational fluency incorporating generative AI tools directly inside your creative, concepting, or production design workflows.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, split-testing methodologies, and competitor creative tracking behaviors.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication mechanics, tailored to translate data analysis into visual solutions.
