Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Bridge Foreman . A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment. Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production. Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project. Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports. Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities. Qualifications: 3-5 years of bridge foreman experience. Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment. Excellent team and communication skills. Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances. E.S.
