Project ManagerThis position is highly desirable for those individuals who:Want a high-growth opportunity with a senior management track in healthcare construction.Are ready for the next level in your career and want to lead complex healthcare projects.Enjoy a highly collaborative environment with clients and project teams.Thrive in managing projects within active hospital and clinical environments.Key Responsibilities will Include:Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controlsManage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilitiesCommunicate effectively with owners, architects and engineersCoordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient careSupport of the preconstruction teamSupport business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sectorLead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviewsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)Who are You?You should possess the following qualifications for this role:Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related fieldMinimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience requiredProven experience with:Hospital renovations and expansionsWork in occupied/active healthcare environmentsExperience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environmentsAbility to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development effortsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teamsBluebeam experience/capability desiredProcore experience/capability desiredSalary Range: $125,000-175,000
