Industrial & Commercial Plumbing and Piping Company
A successful industrial and commercial plumbing and piping contractor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our team in Ogden, Utah.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can support project managers and help keep projects organized and on track from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, track, and manage project submittals
- Compile and maintain Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Assist with project documentation and recordkeeping
- Support project managers with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Maintain project records and financial documentation
- Assist with project closeout packages
Qualifications
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with Procore
- Knowledge of O&M manuals and submittal processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
