Rezolut is seeking a full time Front Desk Lead at Centrelake in Downey!

Schedule is full time, regular business hours | Pay is $25/hour, dependent on experience

Job Summary

The Front Desk Lead MUST have radiology experience. This position will oversee front desk operations and staff and provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

Essential Functions of a Front Desk Lead

• Display quality customer service by greeting and assisting visitors
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Train and supervise front desk staff
• Assign and delegate tasks as needed
• Act as a liaison between patients and staff
• Monitor office supplies
• Enforce office policies

E ducation and Experience

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a team lead or other leadership role
• Experience working in a radiology healthcare facility
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
