Associate Director - Public Sector Field Marketing

Lead the Outbound Campaign Strategy and Field Orchestration team Architect and execute data-driven annual and quarterly field marketing plans aligned to Public Sector sales targets Develop base retention and new customer acquisition strategies using market trends to optimize resource allocation Oversee integrated, sub-segment campaign strategy and execution Lead high-touch outbound engagement programs for public sector stakeholders and decision-makers Serve as the strategic link between Sales, Product, and Corporate Marketing Architect the Internal Feedback Loop and develop integrated go-to-market playbooks Equip regional sales teams with lead intelligence and collateral to accelerate deal velocity Advocate for the field marketing technology stack Lead Velocity Selling initiatives and champion AI utilization, including P.AI and co-pilot execution Drive intent data analysis and automated workflows to reduce administrative overhead Partner with segment and product marketing leads on field readiness for feature launches, customer success stories, and solution positioning Ensure brand consistency across regional touchpoints Manage field marketing budgets to lower Customer Acquisition Cost and maximize ROI Requirements Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training Experience in a marketing and/or sales leadership role supporting Public Sector campaigns Relationship management and cross-functional collaboration experience Willingness to travel up to 25% Experience with both marketing and sales preferred Experience leading multiple projects Strong presentation development and delivery skills Ability to lead and leverage research to qualify and design new segment marketing and customer programs Strong negotiation skills Ability to analyze segment-critical KPI information and translate it into proactive and reactive segment marketing strategies Demonstrated leadership skills with strong business acumen Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and capabilities Ability to lead a team that provokes insights, best practices, and thought leadership Ability to be adaptable and organized Proven track record of establishing and facilitating effective cross-functional partnerships Ability to model accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading outbound campaign strategies and field marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on public sector engagement and data-driven decision-making.
