Title: Director / Manager, Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) Compensation: $160k - $225k Base + Bonus Practice Area: Client Advisory Services, Accounting & Business Advisory Type: Full-Time (On-site) We’re partnered with a rapidly growing, advisory-focused CPA firm seeking to hire a Director / Manager, Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) as its Dallas practice continues to expand. The firm grew revenue by more than 70% from 2024 to 2025 and is known for combining modern technology with a deeply relationship-driven approach to serving business owners. In this role, you’ll own client relationships, provide proactive accounting and advisory support, and help clients use financial data to make smarter business decisions. Provide proactive accounting and advisory support. Help clients use financial data to make smarter business decisions. Qualifications 7+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or CAS preferred) CPA or actively pursuing preferred (not required) Experience with monthly close, financial reporting, and client-facing work Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to communicate insights clearly Experience working with business owners or small to mid-sized companies Comfortable managing client relationships independently Bonus Points Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, NetSuite, or similar tools Exposure to advisory services such as budgeting, cash flow analysis, or KPI reporting What’s in it for you?
