Administrator - Human Resources Operations

This administrative HR operations role supports McKinsey & Company in the San Jose office, delivering essential HR process administration, data management, and end-user coordination via ServiceNow. Location San Jose, CA (onsite) Responsibilities Provide administrative support for HR tasks such as letters and employment verifications, while collaborating with regional HR teams on a broad range of HR processes and programs, including benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absence, with an emphasis on risk mitigation and process improvement. Act as the primary contact for firm members on HR matters via the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring clear and professional communication. Manage data within McKinsey’s People Systems in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
