Pay Rate:

$14.00/hour for 1st shift $15.00/hour for 2nd shift Shifts:

1st shift 5am -5 pm 2nd shift 4:45pm to 1am Exact schedule will be given at orientation Must be flexible to work overtimes - can be on the weekends

Monitoring key process control points during production operations to ensure food safety and quality Documenting and reporting any food safety or quality issues and assisting in determining corrective actions Performing process verification checks at critical control points according to the facility’s Food Safety and Quality Plans Verifying production environment conditions such as temperature and sanitizer concentrations Completing and maintaining records and documentation according to established protocols Adhering to programs such as HACCP, good manufacturing practices, foreign material control, plant sanitation, and product quality assurance Participating in evaluations of finished products and isolating non-conforming products as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

1+ years of Quality Assurance experience (or equivalent) Possess basic knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and safety requirements Can read, write, and speak English proficiently for documentation and communication Have basic computer skills (e.g., email, Word, Excel) Are able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs in varying temperatures (25°ree;F to 110°ree;F) Are available for overtime and/or evening or weekend shifts as needed Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality What happens next
