Registered Nurse, PRN, Outpatient

Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-focused team! Position Status: PRN Schedule: Weekdays and Weekend coverage "as needed". Location: Covering all 5 CPIC locations in Brier Creek, Cary, Clayton, Midtown and Wake Forest. JOB SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Clinical Manager and Director, the Registered Nurse: Is a highly skilled clinician utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to patient care service delivery. Manages care at a highly developed skill level in collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, & other members of the health care team. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice. Apply today for immediate consideration, as we review all resumes! Requirements EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years as an RN in a clinical setting EDUCATION : Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire. ACLS certification may be required. SKILLS/ABILITIES : Ability to work independently and multitask. Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely. Ability to manage medical emergencies and contrast reactions under the direction of a licensed independent practitioner. Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
