Sales Associate

Join Audi Rocklin as a Sales Associate where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and preferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide detailed product information and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Audi vehicles. Negotiate sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, incentives, and financing options. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements At least One (1) year of previous experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport and customer trust. Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
