Briefcase Legal Support is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at DJC Law. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have sustained injuries due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney at DJC Law, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional legal representation, handling complex cases, and guiding clients through the legal process with empathy and professionalism. • Represent Personal Injury clients through all phases of litigation.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
• Monitor case progress and ensure a steady flow of significant production that aligns with firm standards.
• Address and resolve team needs promptly to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver a first-class client experience by maintaining professional and responsive communication.
• Actively seek and encourage client feedback to improve service quality.
• Support the intake team by providing immediate legal guidance as needed.
• Oversee case progression to ensure timely resolution and maximum settlement value.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and court-ordered deadlines.
• Zealously represent clients and work diligently to achieve optimal case outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all case activities, notes, tasks, and analysis within FileVine , in accordance with firm policies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible to waive in (licensed over 5 years).
• Experience in personal injury law or pre-litigation case management is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client advocacy abilities.
• Proficiency in case management software (FileVine experience is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
