As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll design, integrate, and modernize systems that directly support DOW’s operational and strategic goals. You Have Experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products Ability to perform software user acceptance testing Ability to create software user training materials and train users in software products Ability to perform data extraction, data mapping, data management, and data configuration management Ability to utilize digital engineering software such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MagicDraw, and JAMA Ability to interact in cross‑functional team meetings and professional environments Ability to communicate with internal and external customers and act as a conduit between the engineering team, senior leaders, and clients Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and stakeholders to implement recommended solutions Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with MATLAB, Ansys, AutoCAD, Unity, or Solidworks Experience working with cloud solutions and software development Master's degree Object Management Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certification International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). Work Model Remote : If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid : If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. Onsite : If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
