Overview As an Architect at Ark Spaces, you will be responsible for designing and planning building structures. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, consulting with clients, managing construction documents, and ensuring that all designs comply with regulatory codes and standards. Responsibilities Develop architectural designs and plans. Create detailed drawings and blueprints. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Ensure designs comply with local codes and regulations. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Manage project timelines and budgets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
