The Recruiting Coordinator will be a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about enabling teams to hire the best talent.The RoleCandidate Experience: Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.Process Management: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.Employer Branding: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent's culture.Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.Basic QualificationsAbility to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controlsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care.Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace).A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Greenhouse ATS.Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs.Pay Range$32 - $45 USDWhat We Offer:Holistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions.Wellness and Time Off: Embrace a healthy lifestyle with paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays, including a year-end shutdown to recharge.
