Ensures the delivery of clear, timely, and consistent IT-related messages across various platforms while collaborating closely with IT teams and business units. Oversees communication channels, supports training and change management efforts, and evaluates communication effectiveness to optimize impact. Involves aligning IT communications with organizational goals and assisting in crisis communication related to IT incidents.
