Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Cath Lab RN)Location: Corona, CA 92882Contract: 13 weeks of contractShift: Day Shift – 8 Hours (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) |Call Requirement: 10 days per monthTravel Pay Rate: $3,750/Weekly GrossJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to support cardiac catheterization lab operations. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures while maintaining patient safety and adhering to clinical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and monitor patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses throughout procedures.Administer medications and assist with sedation as authorized and within scope of practice.Collaborate with cardiologists and the Cath Lab team to ensure safe and efficient procedures.Maintain accurate patient records and procedural documentation.Follow infection prevention, radiation safety, and patient safety protocols.Participate in the required on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license.Min 1+ years of Cath Lab nursing experience.BLS (AHA)ACLS (AHA)
