Essential Duties and Responsibilities Takeguest orders,servesdrinksandcollectsmonies in a courteous and efficient manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures. Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary. Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines. Keep bar and service area clean,sanitaryand organizedat all times. Adhere to beverage control procedures. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol serviceby discretelynotifyingappropriate managementof concerns and observations Promote positive guest and team member relations Adhere to property’s Beverage Icon standards and expectations. Beverage Icon is a notification system for guests requesting beverage service. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) isrequiredas well as certificate in Mixology. I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certificationispreferred. Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities arerequired,to includeability to add, subtract,multiplyand divide specific to position responsibilities. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal,oraland written communication skills. Meticulous,organizedandaccurate Extreme confidentiality. Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications. Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed. Analyze and think about howpossible solutionsimpact on the entire operation Physical Demands Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk distances. Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs. The Casino environment is hectic,fast-pacedand often crowded and noisy.
