Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.As an Associate Attorney You Will:Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedingsDraft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondenceAttend court hearings in person and virtuallyProvide legal oversight and collaborate with support staffDeliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practiceWhat You Bring:Licensed in North Carolina0-4 years of experience (all qualified applicants considered)Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Collections experience preferredStrong legal writing, communication, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and drivenTech-forward mindsetCandidates with multi-state licensure, admission to practice in Federal/Bankruptcy Court and/or Collections experience a plusLocation & Travel:Location: Office in Charlotte, NC Remote/Hybrid options available (Hybrid: option to work partially remote and partially from Charlotte office)Travel: Local court-related travel requiredConditions of Work:Ability to sit or stand for long periodsAbility to remain focused for extended periodsAbility to work on computers for a significant portion of the dayAbility to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)Ability to multi-taskOur firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
