CT Technologist - Midnight Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule or Shift

Midnight shift, 11pm-7:30am, with 5-8 hour shifts, and every other weekend.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will provide imaging services to patients of all age groups. The role requires interaction with patients to ensure effective imaging practices and quality care. The technologist will operate CT equipment and possess the skills necessary for intravenous (IV) access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans and ensure high-quality images for diagnosis.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a smooth imaging process.
• Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment, ensuring it is in safe working order.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to safety protocols and patient care standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification required.
• BLS Certification required.
• IV skills required.
