Insights & Analytics Analyst

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in category management, sales analytics, market research, or a related analytical role Proficiency with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana, or IRI Familiarity with primary research methods, including consumer surveys and concept testing Strong Excel and data visualization skills; Power BI experience is a plus Food, CPG, or grocery retail experience preferred Bachelors degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field required Responsibilities:

Analyze syndicated market data to track category performance, brand velocity, and competitive positioning Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for sales and trade program performance Support new product development concept validation and consumer research, including survey management, concept testing logistics, and synthesizing results Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity and provide regular reports Gather and structure internal sales data to support sales planning and strategy reviews Develop data-driven analysis for customer and channel business cases Prepare presentation-ready analysis for internal leaders and customer-facing use Maintain a library of consumer research, trend reports, and category insights Support analytical priorities for the Sales Analytics & Activation and NPD managers, with workload direction coordinated between them Technologies:
