Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Las Vegas, NV. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support, including preparing legal documents, managing schedules, organizing case files, and assisting attorneys with case management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a dedicated focus on ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal practices. Qualifications Required: 2+ years' Nevada litigation experience Familiarity with legal terminology Strong understanding of legal principles, laws, and processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with attorneys and clients Experience in administrative assistance, including scheduling, file management, and maintaining organized workflows Previous experience or demonstrated capability working as a Legal Assistant in a professional setting Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Certification as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
