Role Description The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of matters for individual and business clients, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, and providing clear, well-supported legal advice. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing case facts and legal issues, developing case strategies, and representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and, when appropriate, in court. The role involves collaboration with senior attorneys, managing assigned case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with firm procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring consistent presence in the office and local courts. Required Skills/Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team. Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical legal practice. Education and Experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. License to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. Minimum of 1-3 years of legal experience. Experience in civil litigation, family law, probate, or a combination of these practice areas. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
