Estimator

Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $65,000 – $90,000 + Bonus We’re hiring an Estimator to join a growing team supporting construction and structural projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a high-level estimator and grow long-term. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in preparing cost estimates and project bids Review blueprints and engineering drawings Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations Work heavily in Excel to build and manage estimates Support bid submissions and timelines (typically 1 week per project) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy What We’re Looking For: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong math skills (basic geometry + trigonometry required) High attention to detail Experience using Excel (copying, linking cells, formulas) Construction-related experience or internship preferred Nice to Have: Exposure to structural or steel projects Familiarity with estimating or takeoff processes Two performance reviews per year Culture Fit: We’re looking for someone who: Is excited to learn and grow Asks questions and takes initiative Is willing to go the extra mile to develop their skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
