Schedule: Days with occasional Saturday

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Active occupational therapy license
• Relevant certifications as required by practice standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients in various settings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress thoroughly and timely for billing and compliance purposes.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding disabilities or impairments.
• Participate in staff meetings, educational programs, and in-service training sessions.
• Adhere to established policies and quality assurance standards in practice.
