Banking & Finance Attorney

My client is seeking a banking and finance attorney to join their team in downtown Minneapolis. What You’ll Do Represent banks, financial institutions and non-bank lenders in commercial lending transactions Draft and negotiate complex loan documentation Handle real estate, construction, land development and asset-based lending deals Review and manage due diligence materials through closing Advise lender clients on matters of varying size, regionally and nationally What You Bring JD and active Minnesota bar license 6-7+ years of substantive commercial banking or lending experience (strong mid-level candidates considered) Front-end lending experience representing financial institutions Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills Business development success or a portable book is a plus Why join: Competitive compensation, sophisticated work and a collegial, mid-sized firm environment.
