About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President of Business Development to spearhead the creation of new market opportunities and drive top-line growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value advisory engagements, with a focus on leveraging C-suite, industry, technology, and private equity relationships. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in consultative sales, capable of operating at the C-suite level and with the ability to generate significant revenue. The EVP will be expected to lead complex sales cycles, partner with internal experts to develop tailored solutions, and maintain a disciplined pipeline of business. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated individual, adept at building and managing executive relationships, and is skilled at engaging senior executives to uncover and translate business needs into actionable opportunities. Candidates for the EVP of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in professional services or complex B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to generate $8M to $10M in revenue. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
