Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Immediate travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Fairfax VA. Important Requirements:
- RN must have VA license or compact to apply.
- RN needs at least 12 months home health experience within the last 3 years.
- HCHB and Oasis is required as well.
Pay:
- $53.00/hr. local rate
- $16.77/hr. + $36.22 per diem (Travel pay package)
- Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel
Work Schedule:
- 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- 40 hours per week
- Territory: Fairfax and Prince William Counties
Contract Details:
- 13 week contract (possible extension)
- Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
Job Details:
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Current RN License
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
- OASIS experience required
- Hands-on HCHB experience required
- Current driver's license
- American Heart Association BLS
