Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're hiring a contract recruiter for a well-established company that hires for its call center every month. This is a full-cycle, high-volume seat, and the role is budgeted through 2026, with the expectation it continues beyond that. They want someone who can start right away.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for a growing call center team, filling a new hire class of 15-20 people every month
• Write and post job ads on job boards and the company career page
• Source passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other tools
• Host virtual job fairs through Indeed
• Screen resumes and run phone and video interviews
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers moving
• Run feedback sessions with hiring managers and drive each search to close
• Handle offers, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination
• Keep the ATS clean and share recruiting metrics when asked
• Keep an eye on the market so the sourcing strategy stays sharp

What you bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting
• Real high-volume experience, ideally call center, customer service, retail, or similar. You need to be comfortable hiring 15-20 people a month
• A track record of hiring early-career talent and staffing ongoing training classes
• Experience hosting virtual hiring events
• Strong ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills, including working with senior leaders
• The ability to work independently and juggle a lot at once

Schedule

Work from home Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
