About Us DivaDance is a dance experience for adults, offering pop‑music inspired choreography-based classes, programs, and parties—franchised across 20+ cities. Joining our staff is an opportunity to change lives, empower others, and build community through inclusive, all‑level classes. We provide flexible part‑time hours, extensive support, personal development, leadership opportunities, and a values‑driven franchise organization. The Gig Lead new membership sales by engaging clients at classes, discussing their goals, and presenting membership options that fit their needs. Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership. Post class highlights to our social‑media channels while observing the class experience. Build meaningful rapport with all clients, consistently demonstrating persuasion, articulation, confidence, and a passion for excellence. Ideal candidates have customer‑service or sales experience and a strong focus on community impact. Hours, Compensation, Location Host 2–4 classes per week in the Hartsdale / White Plains area, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. Classes are held in existing studio facilities; reliable transportation is required. Compensation: $20 per class (increases to $30 after 6 months) plus $20 for each membership sold, plus free dance classes. Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
