We're looking for a Temporary Permit Coordinator to help ensure our projects stay compliant, on schedule, and ready for production. Pay Range $20-$28 hourly DOE Job Type Full-Time, Temporary, this is not a remote position. What You'll Do As a Permit Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Production team by managing permits, inspections, and project documentation across multiple markets. Responsibilities include: Obtain building permits for residential and commercial roofing projects. Coordinate and schedule permit inspections with local municipalities. Work closely with Scheduling and Production teams to align permit timelines with project schedules. Communicate with city and county offices regarding permit requirements and approvals. Travel to local permitting offices when in-person permit submission or pickup is required. Maintain accurate permit records and update project information within company software. Complete data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations. Monitor permit status and proactively follow up to avoid project delays. Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Who You Are Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable communicating with municipalities, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel. Administrative, permitting, construction, logistics, or project coordination experience is preferred but not required.
