What Does a Home Care Aide Do? As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on support that helps our clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Providing medication reminders or medication assistance as permitted
• Preparing nutritious meals based on client needs
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
