A Day in Your Life

• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions targeting areas such as clarity, fluency, vocal health, and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and family members, to forge a unified approach to patient care.
• Empower families with education and resources to augment progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Periodically assist in evaluating and treating patients in the inpatient setting to maintain a continuum of quality care.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and records management in line with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications That Matter

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship (CFY) if awaiting ASHA certification.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of starting.
