Project Support Associate

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Project Support Associate to coordinate clinical labeling projects in a regulated trial environment. The role involves managing project documentation, collaborating across internal and client-facing teams, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and timelines.

Responsibilities Support execution of clinical labeling projects from initiation through completion Process project specifications, label requirements, and study documentation using internal systems Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Client Services teams Monitor project timelines and communicate risks or delays to stakeholders Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in life sciences, healthcare, or related field 2–3 years clinical trial project coordination or pharmaceutical services experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Experience working in regulated environments with quality standards and SOPs Compensation:
