General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools with proficiency.

• Read tape measures and orders accurately.

• Assemble garage door sections, including installing bottom seals and end caps, and labeling panels.

• Engage in team lifting of materials up to 100 lbs.

• Clean and organize work areas, ensuring proper storage of tools.

• Hand load and unload trucks, manage incoming shipments, and verify receipts.

• Replenish and transfer materials to the necessary departments.

• Maintain inventory and track materials using Excel.

• Perform assembly work, particularly with windows and panels, using routers to cut and install seals.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand and power tools.

• Strong mathematical skills for adding and subtracting.

• Physical capability for bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

• Experience in assembly line and production work.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1-3 months of experience in manufacturing.

• Proficiency in using Excel for inventory management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.
