As a Senior Client Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors through onboarding, account processing, and day-to-day client service operations. This is a highly organized, task-driven position focused on delivering a seamless client experience while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial documentation and processes. Qualifications:

• 3-5+ Years of Client Service Experience
• Financial Services Industry Experience Required
• Experience Supporting Financial Advisors
• Strong Background in Financial Onboarding & Account Processing
• Must Be Comfortable Opening Financial Accounts Daily (IRAs, 401(k)s, etc.)
• Experience with CRM Systems, Microsoft Office, & Electronic Document Processing
• Series 7 & 66 Licenses Preferred, but Not Required
