HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can effectively partner with employees and leadership while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Essential ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy.Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, payroll, and HR procedures.Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.Coordinate benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related questions.Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports, employee documentation, and audit records.Partner with managers on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
