Job Description:
As a .NET Engineer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies while collaborating with Agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. This role requires hands-on development, API integration, production support, and the use of AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance delivery efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and REST APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production environments.

• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

• Develop scalable and secure enterprise applications.

• Support Agile development activities and sprint commitments.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using .NET and C#.

• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational databases.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.

• Experience with Git, source control, and CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.

• Understanding of AI-assisted development tools and practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
