- Floating Requirements: Yes, to ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, ED
- Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
- Holiday Work: Based on Unit Needs, including July 4th
- On-Call: No
- Credential Submission: Due Tuesday before start

What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in intensive care units
- Monitor and manage ventilators, CRRT, and other critical equipment
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and draw labs
- Respond to codes and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document assessments and interventions accurately in Epic EMR
- Float between ICU and various inpatient units as needed
What You Need
Required:- Kansas RN license or Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- At least 2 years recent ICU experience
- Proficiency with CRRT, ventilators, PICC lines, chest tubes, and emergent codes
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Prior floating to multiple inpatient units
