This role may offer a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on qualifications and business considerations Role responsibilities include: Allocate 65–70% of time to active prospecting, self‑sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition. Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients. Deliver financial expertise and client‑centric solutions that build strong, long‑term relationships. Assess and attend to clients' banking needs. Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services. Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs. Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
