SOLID Surface Care is growing and is looking for dependable, motivated Floor Technicians to join our team at multiple locations.
What You'll Do
As a Floor Technician, you'll work with a team to clean, maintain, and restore commercial floors and surfaces. Through training and hands-on experience, you'll learn to:
- Clean and maintain carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, hardwood, and other commercial surfaces
- Operate professional floor-care equipment and tools
- Perform scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and specialized floor-care services
- Follow safety procedures and SOLID quality standards
- Work alongside experienced technicians and develop new skills
- Provide professional service to commercial customers
- Travel to customer locations as needed

What We're Looking For
- Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work

- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Available for 2nd or 3rd shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer needs
- Able to meet applicable client-site background requirements
Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or other hands-on work is preferred.
