Position Overview:
This position will be based out of either our Westminster or Centennial, CO location. We are seeking an experienced Solar Installer II to join our operations team. This role independently leads solar installations and provides technical direction to Installer I team members. Job Responsibilities :

- Independently perform layout, assembly, and installation of solar arrays and mounting hardware
- Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
- Preparation and cleanup of job site
- Provide technical direction to Solar Installer I team members
- Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate manner
- Additional duties as required
- Construction experience and comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope
- 1-3 years of experience
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
- 1 year of experience with semi-technical roofing materials, including tile, asphalt, standing metal seam, and various roof penetrations
- REQUIRED: Must have a clean driving record for the last 3 years and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, in accordance with PB insurance parameters - no exceptions
- Must be motivated and a team player
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team
- Must be able to lift panels (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders up to 30 times per day, and work in various weather conditions
