What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient urology coverage for the hospital, including rounding and consultations
- Perform scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgical procedures
- Support rare trauma cases with urological intervention
- Coordinate care with support staff including physicians and APPs
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation
- Cover scheduled weekends twice per month, including additional Friday-Sunday weekends
What You Need
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Wisconsin State Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- Key skills: Patient-focused care, teamwork, strong communication, adaptability
- Required: US work authorization
