Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in medical/surgical care with a focus on neuro telemetry, surgical oncology, and vascular surgery. The role involves managing patients with CVA/TIA, seizure disorders, post-surgical recovery, and vascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients with neuro telemetry needs including those with CVA/TIA, subdurals, and seizure disorders.
• Assist in post-operative recovery for surgical oncology patients, excluding chemo administration.
• Manage care for vascular surgery patients post-procedures such as angiograms and amputations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience including travel assignments
• Proficiency in working with Epic systems
• Current IL nursing license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Availability for weekend shifts and assigned holidays
• Flexibility to float to medical/surgical units if needed
