You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal experts, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful initiatives. The position is on-site, requiring strong engagement with clients and teams in the local area.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of strategic medical affairs programs. Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal teams. Deliver tailored medical education and peer-to-peer engagement strategies aligned with client objectives. Drive project execution, ensuring initiatives meet compliance and quality standards. Partner with internal teams to develop scientific content and support clinical activities. Analyze market and customer insights to inform strategic planning. Maintain detailed records and reporting of project progress and outcomes. Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. What you’ll bringProven experience in medical affairs, peer-to-peer engagement, or healthcare communications. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations. On-site work flexibility; travel may be required for client meetings and events. Relevant experience in medical education, KOL engagement, or strategic consulting. Compensation & benefitsThis role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
