Continuous Improvement Engineer

Our client is an international manufacturer of advanced polymer materials. As a result of their growth, they need a Continuous Improvement Engineer for their plant in Tennessee (near Memphis), who will:

be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives throughout the company
establish and enhance efficiency, quality, and safety with a focus on cost savings.
have experience operating in a manufacturing environment while creating information visualization, information flow tracking, optimization, and process modeling.

REQUIREMENTS

Engineering degree
25% Travel
Continuous Improvement experience
Experience working for a manufacturer. (Someone out of the polymer processing, resins colorants world is ideal.
