Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume metal injection molding facility. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: South San Antonio (Lackland & Hwy 90)
Pay: $22- $24.25/HR or DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts + mandatory weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production associates.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs, production output, and quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams.
• Train new hires on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, Line Lead).
• Background in production, assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.
• Must pass drug screen & background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in metal injection molding, plastics, or CNC manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with production reporting systems or ERP software.
