Responsibilities: Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life policies Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, walk-ins, and outbound outreach Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored coverage recommendations to meet client needs Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company guidelines Requirements: Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Prior experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role preferred (Geico experience a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and proven ability to hit sales goals Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus About Us: GEICO has been protecting drivers and families for over 85 years, earning a reputation for affordable rates, outstanding claims service, and customer satisfaction.
