A generous hiring bonus is available for eligible candidates. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across the surgical continuum, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op. Support surgeons and anesthesia providers by preparing the OR, anticipating needs, and maintaining a sterile, efficient environment. Monitor patient status, document accurately, and respond quickly to changes during procedures. Collaborate with the entire surgical team to ensure smooth case flow, patient comfort, and exceptional outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Alaska RN license (or ability to obtain). Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; previous OR or perioperative experience strongly preferred. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
