Bilingual Patient Concierge

IWS Family Health is expanding to add a third location in 2026 and seeks a bilingual Patient Support Specialist to warmly welcome families onsite and coordinate patient registration. You will support enrollment, insurance updates, payments, and appointment scheduling while ensuring accurate documentation in our systems.
